The high-mounted stop lamp is vital to driving safety, where the lampshade material fundamentally determines lighting performance and long-term operational stability. Light diffusion PC material, featuring balanced premium optical and mechanical properties, is the optimal material for high-mounted stop lamp lampshades.

This PC material delivers uniform light distribution via precise light scattering control, effectively eliminating bright spots and dark areas. It offers outstanding weather resistance and UV resistance, maintaining stable light transmittance and color without yellowing or fogging under long-term outdoor harsh conditions. Inheriting excellent impact resistance and high-temperature resistance of polycarbonate, it works stably at temperatures ranging from -40°C to 120°C, resisting vibration, impact and extreme weather during vehicle operation.

With superior processability, the material supports efficient injection molding for complex lampshade structures. Its high fluidity and low internal stress improve production yield and reduce manufacturing costs. Fully compliant with EU RoHS and REACH standards, the non-toxic, odorless material meets strict automotive safety and environmental requirements.
